2-3 tablespoons of honey
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup water
Cooking Instructions
- Using a blender, mix the ingredients together. You can use suger instead of honey, but I think honey is better. Honey has a number of health benefits more than sugar.
Tips : If you want to get the energy from " Strawberry Juice " in the afternoon, serve it with the ice. It's very good !!!
